+ Territory Manager

Assurance Laboratories: We are looking to hire exceptional talent in the following states:

Full-time, Commissioned position

Laboratory is a CAP accredited fully credentialed expanding national laboratory that provides quantitative drug testing for urine samples with a specialization in the Substance Abuse and Pain Management markets. We are hiring Territory Managers to sign up facilities such as drug treatment centers, hospitals, private practices, and pain management clinics in the above markets

Your job is to represent Assurance Laboratories in a defined market. You must operate with a high degree of professional integrity and within compliance guidelines. You must have a customer centric approach in managing clients. You must identify and enroll physicians to use our laboratories for their patient testing needs. You earn commission for every successful test conducted by our labs based upon the revenue collected. We will provide you with all the tools and training that you need to become successful. Generous monthly commissions paid for the right individuals

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Establish new client relationship through personal and company set marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute personal marketing strategies for signing up clients
  • Maintain client contact with current clients as well as future clients
  • Prospect new clients
  • Adhere to industry rules and regulations
  • Work independently and from a “Home Based Office”
  • Have a fluent understanding of the laboratory services and products as well as the implementation process for new accounts.
  • Current understanding or capacity to learn the Toxicology industry

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college is preferred, but experience can be considered
  • Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience in related Toxicology, healthcare, or urine drug testing industry preferred but not required
  • Ability to facilitate introductions to physicians and clinics and establish/maintain client relationships

Compensation: commission based but open to discuss salary options
